# Privacy notice Revoltaged This notice explains how Revoltaged handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us or request a meeting. ## Who is responsible? Revoltaged is responsible for personal information processed through this website. The form requests your name, email address, subject and message. Your company name is optional. For delivery and security, we also process technical request statuses and a cryptographic derivative of your IP address to limit abuse. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential customer data in the form. ## Why do we use your information? We answer questions, prepare meetings and follow up on your request. Quotations and projects may require processing to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform it. Business enquiries and security rely on our legitimate interests in being accessible and preventing abuse, taking your privacy into account. Where a legal obligation applies, we process the necessary information on that basis. We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing or automated decisions about you. ## Who receives your information? Rens and Mark van der Burg handle enquiries. Microsoft supplies Azure hosting, the secure message queue and email delivery through Azure Communication Services. The mailbox used to handle enquiries also receives your message. Service providers may engage supporting processors. We do not sell your information. Necessary processing outside the European Economic Area must have appropriate GDPR safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. ## How long do we keep information? Enquiries without a project are retained for no more than 12 months after closure and deleted earlier when no longer needed. Project correspondence is retained as necessary for delivery, follow-up and applicable legal duties. The encrypted technical queue holds messages for no more than 24 hours. Technical delivery records are deleted after 7 days under the cleanup policy. Operational logs are configured for 30 days. We do not intentionally include form contents in technical logs. These technical periods are separate from retention in our mailbox. ## Language preferences, cookies and security The website uses no marketing cookies or external analytics code. We save a language preference locally in your browser only when you choose a language yourself. You can remove it in your browser settings. Otherwise we use your browser language or Dutch. Forms are sent over HTTPS. The technical message queue is encrypted and the API limits repeated requests. Meeting requests currently use our own form. We will update this notice if an external booking service is introduced. ## Your rights You can request access, correction or deletion. Where the GDPR provides for it, you can also request restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email info@revoltaged.com.
